Agile Team Homecare Services offers non-medical home care services to seniors, children with disabilities, and other adults in the comfort of their homes. At Agile Team Homecare Services, we believe it takes a team to build a high-quality care system, so we pride ourselves on building the relationship and collaborating with our stakeholders, including our clients, caregivers, and staff, to provide the highest quality of care. We understand the challenges of juggling many responsibilities such as taking care of your children and at the same time caring for an aging parent.
Our clients’ needs are our focus, and our goal is to improve care outcomes by significantly reducing hospital readmission rates and helping our clients stay in the comfort of their homes. We are proud to provide a range of homecare services from personal care, companionship, and respite care built on empathy, love, and respect. We help new mothers, plastic surgery clients, rehab patients, mentally disabled patients, developmentally disabled children, and adults. We assist seniors and others with activities of daily living (ADLs), which include things like grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, etc. We also assist clients with medication reminders, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, and other similar non-medical activities that a client needs assistance with day to day.
Our caregivers are trained to listen, empathize and care for your loved ones. Our holistic approach to care is critical to the success of our care efforts, therefore the buy-in by our caregivers to our vision and mission is our number one key strength in providing enduring quality care.
